How to work with your CASSA profile
Every user in CASSA has a personal profile (this is in addition to other employee or company profiles that you may have).
It's important that you complete the required profile information at the earliest opportunity, as this then unlocks the rest of the system (that's open to you - it's role and task-based).
When you add qualifications and other assets to your profile (covered below), you'll see how useful and powerful your CASSA profile actually is.
How to manage your qualifications
You can add your qualifications to your profile. When you do, these are linked throughout the system and ensures that you never miss out on expiring qualifications via notifications and alerts.
There are several ways to add a qualification to your profile. The easiest way is to use the pre-populated drop-down list (if your qualification isn't listed there, then contact us and we'll look at adding it).
How to manage your privacy settings
Privacy is important to us at CASSA, and you have full control of what others can see and access with regards to your personal profile.
We'd recommend you watch the video several times (or as many as necessary) to ensure you fully understand how it works. It's neither difficult nor complicated, rather an essential component that ties in with everything that we do, so it's important to understanding how it works.
